In order to be a great filmmaker, you have to take the time to understand how every aspect of the craft works. From lighting to craft services, stunts to line producing, sound recording to make-up. It's about falling in love with how each aspect can help you tell the story that is in your mind. In this episode, host Mike Pecci has lunch with his longtime collaborator, make-up artist Bre Welch. She has been doing make-up on all of his projects for over 15 years. Whether is just a light dusting to take the glare off a bald executives head or doing complicated prosthetic for demon dogs zombies....Bre can do it all!

Special guest fashion photographer Gina Manning joins us for lunch and conversation. Topics include: Getting into the business as a make-up artist, how to make money outside the film industry, popular make-up looks and understanding our fascination with making ourselves look different.
